Susie
Veterinary Assistant
Hello! I grew up on an alpaca ranch, which led to my Bachelor’s in Zoology. From there, I spent several years in wildlife rehabilitation before moving to the veterinary clinic world. I’ve been to all sorts of places including exotic clinics. Every species of pet is welcome to me, but there’s a special place in my heart for felines. I’m the crazy cat lady of the clinic, and I guarantee that no matter how angry your cat may be, I’ll love it like my own.
I have three cats of my own; Thunder (my big orange guy), Skaia, and Ketahn.
Sydney

Hi! My name is Sydney and I’m from Long Island, NY. My love for animals and wildlife began when I was a young kid. I started working as a vet assistant when I was in college and fell in love with vet med. I’ve been working as a vet assistant for about 3 years now! I moved to Colorado Springs with my dogs, Leo and Winnie, in November for an Internship with Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, where I also work part time! When I’m not at the clinic you can find me on an adventure with my pups! I most enjoy hiking, skiing, and kayaking when the weather is nice!
